What is a successful match?

A successful match occurs when parties freely enter into a connection or when they demonstrate a mutual willingness to collaborate on agreed tailor-made terms.

There are two categories of matches:

  • Mutual agreement of collaboration between two parties.
  • Formalization of a collaboration agreement among three or more parties to leverage and/or develop a specific project.
