The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center is internationally recognized as the leading institution in the resolution of Internet domain name disputes. Since December 1999, the Center has administered over 37,000 proceedings, primarily in the generic Top Level Domains (gTLDs). In addition to the initially established .com, .net and .org domains, WIPO dispute resolution also covers more recently introduced gTLDs such as .asia, .mobi, and .tel. Furthermore, WIPO provides services in relation to a large number of country code Top Level Domains (ccTLDs).
