Dear partners in the DOMAIN NAME PROCESS:

It is necesary to accept that trademarks and domain names have a relation:
the trademark and the domain names are links between one person and
the public. In that way I think it's unfair that one person that have rights upon
a trademark can´t use it in the WWW as a dominion name (I just read
other coments with conclusions about this topic but is not fair not
only for the trademark owner is unfair to the public too because
when they "try with a trademark" on the web they are waiting for the
same product or service that he knows out of the WWW).

But is not so simple I admit there are problems with the kind of products,
services, countries, languages, etc., etc.

I think that DOMAIN NAMES can be treat like one special class of
Intellectual Properties (a really global one). In the same way I agree with
J.Kurian's opinion that "the domain names applied for could be posted
on a Bulletin Board on the Internet". This "publication" is necesary
to prevent disputes with other owners of domain names and with
others.

With the "publication" people who try to take advantage from
trademark owners can be stopped by those who spend time and money in
trying that people remember their "NAMES".
