MARQUES, The Association of European Brand Owners, and its Internet
Sub-Committee supports the WIPO International Internet Domain Name Process
and welcomes the opportunity to participate actively in the RFC process.

We consider the question of dispute resolution policy to be critical to the
conduct of business on the Internet, and believe that WIPO can provide a
valuable service in formulating a truly international and uniform process
for the resolution of disputes.

We have nothing to add to the issues set out in RFC-1 and look forward to
considering the substantive issues in due course.

MARQUES is a non profit making organisation representing European brand
owners and embraces all industrial, commercial and product sectorial
interests. The website of MARQUES is located at
http://www.martex.co.uk/marques.
