Diplomatic Conference to Conclude a Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works by Visually Impaired Persons and Persons with Print Disabilities
June 17 to 28, 2013 – Marrakesh, Morocco
The Diplomatic Conference aims to adopt an international treaty to improve access to copyrighted works for the many visually impaired and people with print disabilities around the world.
The Conference is open to:
- Government delegations
- representatives of invited intergovernmental organizations (IGOs) and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and
- others invited to the Conference.
The venue for the Conference is the Palais des Congrès in Marrakesh.
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in Arabic, Chinese, English French, Russian and Spanish, and from Portuguese into the other six languages.
