PCT full-text data product

The product includes searchable XML full-text of descriptions and claims on DVD for all international applications published in English, French, German, Russian, and Spanish between 1978 and the end of 2007 (see note below). Updates covering subsequent period and including improvements to data from earlier year will be issued on a half-yearly basis.

• Subscribe online to this product. The product costs 10,000 Swiss Francs and half-yearly updates cost 3,900 Swiss Francs.

Note: The full-text is generated using an optical character recognition (OCR) process and therefore should not be used for legal matters. For the period from 1978 to 1997, a small number of applications (approximately 300) is still missing.
