ePCT for Offices

The ePCT system permits receiving Offices and International Authorities to access the latest bibliographic data and documents on file at the International Bureau for international applications where the Office acts in the relevant role, as well as to upload electronic documents related to an international application directly into the International Bureau’s processing system.

Additional features in the form of online “Actions” permit receiving Offices and International Authorities to submit updates to bibliographic data relating to events in the life cycle of an international application, e.g., withdrawal of the international application and/or priority claims.
