Notes:	The notification by Sweden to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states: 'Date of entry into force: Regulation (1993:1646) prescribed that the Act (1992:1685) entered into force on January 1, 1994. The basic provisions on enforcement of intellectual property law are included in Article 9 and following of the Semiconductor Act. The civil and judicial procedures and remedies, and provisions on provisional judicial measures of intellectual property law are included in Article 9 a and following of the Semiconductor Act. The provisions on criminal procedures available for infringement of intellectual property law are included in Article 9 of the Semiconductor Act.'
