LEY Nº 1968 LEY DE 24 DE MARZO DE 1999

HUGO BANZER SUAREZ PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA

Por cuanto, el Honorable Congreso Nacional, ha sancionado la siguiente Ley:

EL HONORABLE CONGRESO NACIONAL,

D E C R E T A :

Artículo Único.De conformidad al artículo 59, atribución 12a., de la Constitución Política del Estado, se aprueba la adhesión de Bolivia al Convenio Internacional sobre la Protección de las Obtenciones Vegetales de la UPOV del 2 de diciembre de 1961, revisado en Ginebra el 10 de noviembre de 1972 y 23 de octubre de 1978.

Remítase al Poder Ejecutivo para fines constitucionales.

Es dada en la Sala de Sesiones del Honorable Congreso Nacional, a los diecisiete días del mes de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y nueve años.

Por tanto, la promulgo para que tenga y cumpla como ley de la República.
