- Chapter IV on Administration (Sections 56 to 59);
- Chapter V on Licensing Provisions (Sections 60 to 65);
- Chapter VI on Collecting Society of Gambia (Sections 66 to 86);
- Chapter VII on Miscellaneous Provisions (Sections 87 to 90).

The Copyright Act contains specific provisions on the protection of folklore. It provides for the protection of derivative works produced from expressions of folklore (Section 6(1)); the copyright protection of folklore (Section 8); the perpetual copyright protection of folklore (Section 26); and the offenses related to folklore (Section 55).
