IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Justice, Legal and Parlia_4 mentary Affairs has, in terms of section 104 of the Trade Marks Act [Chapter 26:04], made the following regulations:- PART I PRELIMINARY Title 1. These regulations may be cited as the Trade Marks Regulations. 2005. Interpretation 2. In these regulations "agent" means a trade mark agent and any patent agent or legal practitioner who is entitled to practise as a trade mark agent in terms of section 61 of the Act; "form" means the appropriate form set out in the Second Schedule; "Journal" means the Patent and Trade Marks Journal published in terms of section 95 of the Patents Act [Chapter 26:03]; I ( , "specification" means the designation of goods in respect of which a trade mark or a registered user of a trade mark is registered or proposed to be registered.
