On the occasion of the 2019 Assemblies of the Member States of WIPO, the Heads of the WIPO External Offices in Algeria, Brazil, China, Japan, the Russian Federation and Singapore, delivered presentations during an interactive briefing session dedicated to exploring the work of each External Office and to understanding how they add value to the delivery of WIPO’s global mandate.
