Enterprise Solutions Division

The Enterprise Solutions Division was established in April 2019 to replace the former Management and Administration Application Section (MAAS) and the Enterprise Resource Planning Management Office (ERP-PMO). It provides support to users of the portfolio of applications collectively known the Administrative Integrated Management System (AIMS). The Division also ensures continuous development and ongoing support of IT solutions pertinent to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Our activities include:

• Managing the portfolio of WIPO's ERP projects and providing technical support in the delivery of projects, operations and ongoing enhancements;
• Provide applications supporting Human Capital Management, Finance and Supply Chain, Program Planning and Budgeting, Recruitment and Reporting;
• Effective operation and evolution of WIPO's ERP system;
• Monitoring relevant technology trends and assisting in the development of strategies for sustainability, including the use of cloud services.
