Customer Experience Section
The Section is responsible for marketing and customer service activities with a view to coordinating the strategy, planning and execution of the Organization’s overall customer experience goals in close collaboration with other areas of the Organization.
Our activities include:
- Developing and coordinating an aligned and unified customer experience journey across WIPO services:
- Providing strategic marketing services to WIPO programs to help them optimize their engagement with their target audiences;
- Delivering first-level customer services and overseeing the technological solutions that support these services; and
- Providing customer feedback services and tools to help the Organization gain a deeper understanding of its customer and stakeholder needs.
