Deputy Director General Binying Wang (China) administers the Madrid System for for the International Registration of Marks; the Hague System for the International Registration of Industrial Designs; the Lisbon System for the International Registration of Appellations of Origin and Geographical Indications; and the Organization’s programs relating to the law of trademarks, industrial designs and geographical indications, as well as their full practical application.
