PCT Information Systems Division

The Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) Information Systems Division provides all IT applications development and support activities for the portfolio of business applications supporting the PCT.

Our activities include:

• development, deployment and support of IT business solutions supporting the effective operation and development of the PCT;
• delivery and maintenance of an IT service management framework encompassing service desk, information architecture and systems operations services;
• design and implementation of a quality management system underpinning the development of high quality secured software and operations activities, and
• operations responsibilities for processing documents electronically transmitted to WIPO by PCT Contracting States and for the international publication of PCT applications
