Global IP Strategy Forum 2015

On January 27, 2015, Mr. Yoshiyuki Takagi, Assistant Director General, attended as a speaker the Global IP Strategy Forum 2015 held in Tokyo and organized by the Japan Patent Office and National Center for Industrial Property Information and Training.

Mr. Takagi made the keynote speech titled “Policies and Strategy for collecting and utilizing IP information in support of stakeholders’ global IP strategy; WIPO’s perspectives.”  More than 470 people registered to attend Mr. Takagi’s session.

Mr. Masaki Okamoto, a Counsellor (Acting Head) at the WIPO Japan Office, also attended a Q&A session as a speaker to handle questions on WIPO.
