WJO Seminar on World IP Report 2015

On December 4, 2015, the WIPO Japan Office (WJO) organized a seminar in Tokyo in order to present the World Intellectual Property Report 2015 (WIPR 2015) to IP specialists in Japan.
Dr. Sacha Wunsch-Vincent, Senior Economic Officer at WIPO, held a presentation on WIPR 2015. Following the presentation, a panel discussion entitled “Breakthrough Innovation and Economic Growth” was held. The panel was moderated Dr. Yuko Harayama, Council for Science, Technology and Innovation, Cabinet Office, Japan.
The seminar attracted about 25 participants and the following experts served as panelists:
- Mr. Wunsch-Vincent (WIPO)
- Prof. Sadao Nagaoka (Tokyo Keizai University)
- Prof. Kazuyuki Motohashi (The University of Tokyo)
- Prof. Hiroyuki Chuma (Seijo University)
