Updated Version of “Making A Mark: An Introduction to Trademarks” in Russian

The Russian version of the updated WIPO publication “Making A Mark: An Introduction to Trademarks” is now available.
Entrepreneurs, heads of companies, as well as various business and intellectual property (IP) stakeholders will be able to have a broad view on trademarks through the guide "Making a Mark: An Introduction to Trademarks for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", including:
- creation of new trademarks that will be in demand by consumers;
- protection of marks, advertising slogans, taglines, logos and other such key components from unauthorized exploitation or use by others;
- getting the best value out of their trademarks for stronger branding strategies;
- transcending national or regional boundaries through the Madrid System for the International Registration of Marks.
The guide also contains various background information and an Annex featuring Useful Websites.
The updated versions of the following publications in the “Intellectual Property for Business” are also expected to be issued:
