During the webinar it will be discussed who is eligible to file an international application, who can be an applicant for an international application, how many applicants there can be, whether an agent needs to be appointed, and who can act as an agent.
Moreover, the WIPO expert will explain whether different applicants can be specified for different Designated Offices, whether a power of attorney must be issued for an agent, and what is meant by the terms “common representative” and a “representative” who is “considered common representative”. It will also clarify whether an agent can resign from his appointment and appoint a sub-agent.
The webinar is for Russian-speaking applicants, patent attorneys, employees of IP departments and inventors.
