During this webinar, we will share information on the latest legal changes to the Madrid System, in particular:

  • Information on changes to New Regulations under the Madrid Protocol, effective from February 2021:
    • regarding the indication of the email address of the applicant, a new copyright owner and a new representative;
    • regarding the relevant changes to the Administrative Instructions;
    • regarding the applicable basic principles.

  • A summary of the discussion at the eighteenth session of the Working Group of the Madrid System.

After the presentation participants will have the opportunity to ask questions to experts from the Madrid System in an interactive Q&A session.
