2021: Your Favorite WIPO Webinars in Russian this Year
December 23, 2021
Thank you all for your participation and interest in WIPO webinars in 2021. During this year we’ve held more than 40 webinars on different topics, including the PCT, Madrid, Hague, Lisbon Systems, Alternative Dispute Resolution, IP Management for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, etc.
We hope that the knowledge, acquired during these webinars, has helped you to understand the concept of intellectual property and to become familiar with WIPO’s services.
We were pleased to receive positive feedback and comments from you! In 2022, we will prepare even more webinars based on your interests and requests.
We invite you to recall with us the most popular WIPO webinars in Russian in the outgoing year:
1) Legal Updates on the Madrid System for 2021
We are glad to see your interest in the latest developments concerning the international trademark registration system!
2) Intellectual Property for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises: Franchising
This webinar covered the basics of franchising, its benefits, types of business strategies based on franchising and some examples of their implementation.
3) The Madrid System for Newcomers
No surprise here as during the year we received many questions related to the international registration of trademarks and their protection within the framework of the System.
4) PCT System: Typical Mistakes Made by Applicants
This joint webinar between WIPO and Rospatent addressed typical mistakes that applicants make when preparing an application and filing it, in particular with the Receiving Office of Rospatent.
5) Introduction to the Hague System
We are very happy for your interest in this topic considering that Russia joined this System only in 2018. In this webinar, you learned about the concept of an "industrial design" and the main benefits of using the Hague System.
See you in 2022!
We hope to see you among the participants in our webinars next year.
