WIPO Academy Executive Training Program on Intellectual Property

The WIPO Academy Executive Training Program on intellectual property (IP) offers intensive courses for executives and professionals from the public and private sector looking to acquire IP knowledge and develop practical IP skills. By the end of each program, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to protect, manage and commercialize intangible assets using IP for business and professional growth in new and interesting areas. The Program is designed to help participants build effective IP strategies to enter new markets with confidence.

Each Training Program is designed for specific target audiences. Building on the WIPO Academy’s previous courses which were exclusively devoted to public sector officials, the new program is now more accessible, being made available to more beneficiaries in line with our vision to make IP accessible to everyone, everywhere. A limited number of focused training courses for government officials have been retained, alongside intensive courses for senior professionals, executives and entrepreneurs wishing to gain deeper knowledge on the tools and strategies to develop, use and manage IP rights.
