What our participants are saying

The distance learning course DL-303E was very well structured and very informative. I’ve been using the Madrid System for over 20 years but I definitely learnt a great amount on the course, in particular the roles of the Office of origin, Office of the designated country and WIPO’s role. The course material is excellent and serves as a very good source of information and guide. Definitely recommend the course!

I found WIPO Academy’s DL-303 course to be well structured and comprehensive with quality information about international registrations procedures and their legal aspects. I appreciate that the entire course was put together into digestible, standalone modules and was accompanied by insightful and interesting homework, which helped me understand the concepts in detail. All in all, WIPO Academy made it possible for me to complete it successfully alongside a full-time job, and I look forward to implementing what I’ve learnt from WIPO in my career.

The DL-303 course helped me to update my knowledge on the Madrid System and to understand the entire life cycle of an international trademark application, especially communication channels, tools and post registration matters such as ceasing effect, merger, transformation, etc. The knowledge that I gained from the course would definitely help me in making international trademark applications confidently in the near future. I trust that this course will be a great asset as well as guiding assistant to anybody who has decided to file an international trademark application.

Manoj Fernando, Sri Lanka
