Registration Now Open: Distance Learning Courses

The WIPO Academy’s general and advanced Distance Learning (DL) courses are now open for registration on the WIPO eLearning Center website.
Registration for the DL courses is open until March 19, 2023, and the courses are due to run from April to July 2023. The DL courses are available in seven languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish), to anyone wishing to acquire knowledge and skills in the field of intellectual property (IP).
Why sign up for an online course on IP?
- Expand your knowledge in a range of topics including copyright, patents, trademarks, arbitration, traditional knowledge and IP management;
- Learn about the latest developments in the use of IP relating to the areas of life sciences, business and the creative industries;
- Engage in discussions with IP experts and other professionals from the private and public sectors;
- Participate in live video lectures and learn from renowned IP experts;
- Follow a course at your own pace;
- Interact with participants from all over the world in the discussion forums; and
- Receive recognition for the IP skills and knowledge acquired with an electronic WIPO certificate upon successfully completing a course.
