The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center Singapore Office was established in May 2010.
The WIPO Center’s Singapore Office manages disputes under the WIPO Rules involving Parties from the region and facilitates case communications and hearings. The WIPO Center’s Singapore Office also offers procedural dispute resolution guidance in choosing or adjusting dispute resolution clauses. Some case examples may be found here.
The WIPO Center’s Singapore Office also organizes training and outreach on ADR of IP and technology-related disputes.

The World Intellectual Property Organization (“WIPO”) Singapore Office (“WSO”) and the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (“IPOS”) have renewed their joint funding commitment to the WIPO–ASEAN Mediation Programme (“AMP+”) following a year in which the program’s 2025 funding allocation was fully utilized and user demand continued to grow.
