It is sufficient for the complainant to prove that either registration or subsequent use of the disputed domain name is in bad faith, whereas the UDRP requires the complainant to prove both elements. Catalan and/or English, subject to the authority of the Panel to determine otherwise, having regard to the circumstances of the administrative proceeding. If the respondent is located in Andorra, the language of the administrative proceeding shall be Catalan.
