The following schedule of fees applies in connection with any .RW domain name administrative proceeding that is to be administered by the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (WIPO Center) under the .RW Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, approved by the Rwanda Internet Community and Technology Alliance (RICTA).

The fee consists of an amount to be retained by the WIPO Center as an administration fee and an amount to be paid to a Panelist.
In the event of a complaint being deemed cancelled by WIPO, or of the withdrawal of a complaint in accordance with Paragraph 5(b) of the Supplemental Rules, or the termination of an administrative proceeding prior to the appointment of an Administrative Panel, for cases involving up to 10 domain names the WIPO Center shall withhold a processing fee in the amount of the WIPO Center's share of the total fee; for cases involving more than 10 domain names the WIPO Center shall determine in its sole discretion the processing fee to be withheld by the WIPO Center. In the event of the termination of an administrative proceeding after the appointment of an Administrative Panel, the WIPO Center shall determine in its sole discretion whether any amount of fee paid by either party shall be refunded.
Payments by check or in cash will not be accepted. Checks will be returned to the sender.
All bank charges, transfer fees or other amounts that may be levied in connection with a payment made to the WIPO Center shall be borne by the party making the payment.
Payment Methods: Payment may only be made by using the WIPO Pay facility. WIPO Pay accepts credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or Current Account at WIPO. Note: If payment is made via bank transfer, it may take longer to process your Complaint, and you should also submit proof of payment along with your Complaint.
Payment Reason: When submitting a Complaint, please select “filing a complaint” as payment reason in the WIPO Pay facility. Please specify only one disputed domain name in case of multiple domain names while making the payment. Note: You do not need to obtain or include a WIPO Case Number when making the payment for your Complaint.
