A WIPO Account is a user account to access WIPO online services.

The Current Account at WIPO is a financial account you can use to pay for WIPO services. Each Account has his own credentials.

Move an unpaid item into the basket by clicking on “Add to basket” at the end of the line of the unpaid item. Once your basket is ready, click on “Proceed to payment” button for payment.

Once logged in, you will see the top menu bar which contains links to Summary, Activity and Search Payment.

  • By clicking on Activity, you will see at-a-glance all your payments made to date
  • Summary Page will show your recent payment transactions
  • Search Payment will allow you to search a payment by entering the WIPO Pay number

If the currency of the service is identical to your PayPal account currency, the refund will be automatic.

If the currency of the service is different from your PayPal account currency, PayPal will send you an e-mail to authorize the receipt of funds. You must reply to PayPal to accept the refund for the funds to be credited on your PayPal account.

We might have not yet received the funds (a Bank transfer takes between three to ten open days to reach our Bank Account) or we received them with insufficient information to link your payment with your transaction.

If your domain name contains non-Roman scripts or accented characters, enter only the ACE encoding corresponding to the disputed domain name (eg, bücher.tld-> xn--bcher-kva.tld).

In regular UDRP proceedings, the currency is USD. For certain ccTLDs, such as .eu domain names, fees are to be paid in EUROS, for .au, the currency is AUD and for .ch domain names, it is CHF. The system will automatically indicate the currency based on the domain name extension, as entered in the domain name field.
