When officially notifying an ERDRP Complaint to a Respondent, the Center provides the Respondent with a set of instructions about what its obligations are in the ERDRP administrative proceeding. These instructions differ in accordance with the election of the Complainant in the administrative proceeding for an Administrative Panel consisting of either a single panelist or three panelists:

- Challenges to Defensive Registrations
