Since July 1, 2023, WIPO's Domain Name Dispute Resolution Service for .UA is reinstituted and the Center accepts new .UA filings under .UA Policy.
The .UA Registry has adopted the “Decision on the peculiarities of application of the .UA Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and the Rules for .UA Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy under the martial law regime” (“Decision”).
In accordance with the Decision, the reinstitution of the .UA proceedings is accompanied with procedural safeguards, mainly the possibility of extending certain deadlines under the .UA Policy and Rules.
