Mr. David H. Bernstein, a national of the United States of America, is a partner with Debevoise & Plimpton. He is a member of the firms Litigation Department and its Intellectual Property Practice Group, and is also a panelist for Resolution of Domain Name Disputes. Mr. Bernstein serves on the Board of Directors, and is Chair of the Meetings Committee, for the International Trademark Association. He is also active in the American Bar Association, where he is Co-Chair of the Litigation Sections Internet Law Subcommittee and the Intellectual Property Law Sections Right of Publicity Subcommittee.

Mr. Bernstein has an A.B. magna cum laude from Princeton University, an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
