Curriculum Vitae Mrs. Deborah Enix-Ross
Deborah Enix-Ross, a United States national, holds a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, and a Diploma from the Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law of Columbia University. She was appointed by the U.S. Departments of Commerce and State as one of eight U.S. members of the tri-lateral NAFTA Advisory Committee on Private Commercial Disputes. She is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, member of the Advisory Board of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration, and member of the American Arbitration Association Board of Directors.
Prior to joining WIPO in 1998, Deborah Enix-Ross was the Director of International Litigation for the Dispute Analysis and Corporate Recovery Services Group (DA&CR) of Price Waterhouse LLP, and, before that, served as the American representative to the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration.
