Curriculum vitae Mr. Wayne Fagan
Mr. Wayne Fagan, a national of the United States of America, is the Partner in charge of the International Practice Section of the law firm Soules & Wallace. For the past 20 years he has had an extensive international practice in the Americas, Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and the Asia/Pacific Regions as both a private practice attorney and in-house counsel, mediator, arbitrator, settlement counsel, lecturer, trainer, author, educator and advisor to foreign governments on the drafting of dispute resolution legislation. He has served in leadership roles in the Dispute Resolution Sections of state, national and international bar associations.
Mr. Fagan currently serves on the Advisory Boards of various Dispute Resolution Programs at universities in the USA, Canada, and Mexico, and as an Adjunct Professor and Director of the Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration at St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.
Mr. Fagan has a BA in Economics and a Multi-discipline Post-graduate qualification from the University of Texas, as well as a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas Law School.
