Curriculum Vitae - Dr. Marc Blessing

Dr. Blessing is a graduate of the University of Zurich. He is honorary President of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and, past President 1991 to 1997. Since 1983, he has been a member of its Executive Committee.

Dr. Blessing has extensive experience as counsel and as presiding arbitrator in international commercial arbitration, in which he has handled over 140 cases. He lectures the subjects of international arbitration and antitrust/competition laws at the LL.M. – and M.B.L. - Programs of the Universities of Zurich and St. Gallen and is the author of several books and numerous articles.

Dr. Blessing is a Court Member of the London Court of International Arbitration and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is Vice-President of the IFCAI, serves on the list of Chairmen of the Zurich Chamber of Commerce and on the List of Arbitrators of numerous other institutions including CIETAC, AAA, Korean Board, Hong Kong, Vienna. He also serves as mediator (CPR Panel of Neutrals).
