Practical Information for the WIPO Arbitration Workshop, October 10-11, 2013, KCCI, Seoul

The workshop will take place at KCCI Building in the Central Business District (CBD) of Seoul, right across the street from Namdaemun also called the Sungnyemum, the South Gate of Seoul’s City Wall during the Joseon Dynasty. The venue is about 10-15 minutes’ walk from Seoul Station and City Hall Station. The conference halls are located on the B2 floor of the KCCI building.

Transportation - Getting there

From Incheon International Airport to Seoul Stationplane

1. Non-stop AREX Express Train (estimated time: 43mins, 1 to 2 departures per hour, last departure 21:30

2. Commuter or All-Stop Train with 10 subway stations stops (estimated time: 53mins, 4 to 9 departures per hour

3.bus Airport buses run from Incheon International Airport to most parts of Seoul. Inquiries on arrival at the Airport Information Desk or call +82-032-741-6400 before arriving in Korea. Night buses (22:30 – 05:50) are available, but hours vary depending on flight schedules.

4.busTaxi - from various parts of Seoul:

1) Subway Lines No. 1 or No. 4 to Seoul Station

2) Subway Lines No. 1 or No. 2 to City Hall Station

Leaving Seoul

Please note that visitors leaving the Republic of Korea can now conveniently take care of airline check-in and departure procedures from downtown Seoul. Check-in services are offered at the KORAIL Airport Railroad Seoul Station & Terminal (KARST) located within Seoul Station (Subway Lines 1 and at City Airport, Logis & Travel, Korea (CALT), located near Samseong Station (Subway Line 2). KARST provides early check-in services for international passengers of Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, and Jeju Air.
