Jon LANG is one of the most experienced mediators in the UK. CEDR accredited and a member of WIPO’s panel of mediators, Jon became a full-time mediator in May 2005, having spent almost twenty years as a solicitor in private practice, the last six as a partner in the disputes group of White & Case in London. Jon has acted as an expert in mediation, and is a past Chair of the Mediation Committee of the International Bar Association and a former Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association's International Mediation Committee. Jon is also author of the book, 'A Practical Guide to Mediation in Intellectual Property, Technology & Related Disputes' published by Sweet & Maxwell in 2006. Listed for a number of years in the first tier of mediator rankings of both the Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 legal directories (and in the International Who's Who of commercial mediators), Jon is recognised as one of the top mediators in the UK. |

Harry REINHARDT is a senior German and European private practice patent attorney, with considerable mediation experience, in particular in relation to license and/or intellectual property related disputes. Harry spent over 25 years as a partner in German patent law firms and is now senior partner of RPK Patentanwälte Partnerschaft mbB. He combines his intellectual property practice with a business management consultancy as business coach, accredited by the European Association for Supervision and Coaching (EASC). As business mediator and mediation tutor, Harry is accredited by the German Association for Business Mediation (DGMW). On being a DGMW chair member for several years, he is now its chairman and represents it in the German Forum for Mediation (DFfM). Harry is regularly training business mediators according to the requirements of the German Mediation Law. He is also a member of the Mediation Association of German Patent & Trademark Attorneys (MAP) and listed on the WIPO List of Neutrals. Based on his coaching and mediation skills, Harry is focusing on supporting and accompanying clients in mediation and on conducting mediations as well as on supporting clients as business coach, especially as regards negotiation skills. |
