This side event will highlight recent developments in the collaborations between the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and IPOs and Courts. Topics include the use of WIPO online tools to facilitate mediation and conciliation meetings, case co-administration, Model R&D Agreements including WIPO ADR clauses and other innovative practices developed by IPOs and Courts to facilitate access to ADR, especially for SMEs. These developments are reflected in the new version of the WIPO Guide on ADR for IPOs and Courts that will be presented during the side event.
