Subject: WIPO RFC-3
Gentlemen:
I object to any international procedure that would take precedence to the laws of the nations of the parties in conflict.
As a private party I do not have the deep pockets of public corporations and fear that your rulings could, even though I would be right, cause me to cease defending my rights because I was not longer fiscally able to proceed.
Under the laws of the United States my rights are protected and I can survive the assault of an entity with far more financial backing than me.
I can support your development of guidelines that nations can evaluate and choose to adopt in whole or part, but I cannot support any resolutions or action you may take that could put the laws of the United States in subjugation to the laws of another nation or an International Court of Justice.
Thank you for your consideration of my concern.
