ويتيح المنتدى منصة لتبادل الأفكار ووجهات النظر حول القضايا المتعلقة باستخدام المؤشرات الجغرافية وحمايتها. وتقدم أيضاً رؤى ومعلومات تقنية عن آخر المستجدات في هذا المجال.
وتنظّم نسخة 2025 من الندوة العالمية بشأن المؤشرات الجغرافية، بالاشتراك بين الويبو ومكتب الشركات والملكية الفكرية في زمبابوي (CIPZ).
