Tsholofelo Tsholofelo

Tsholofelo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience leading Procurement & Supply Chain functions across multiple industries and regions, including Africa, the Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe. As a certified Supply Chain Solutions Architect, Tsholofelo has deep expertise in the interface between business and technology – especially in the areas of process and cost optimization, digitization and automation, predictive analytics, procurement regulatory compliance, and integrating ethics and sustainability into supply chain activities. Currently based in Johannesburg as the Chief Growth Officer for Procura Insights, Tsholofelo oversees a team dedicated to fostering strategic partnerships and identifying new market opportunities across the African continent. In this role, he is instrumental in guiding the company’s expansion efforts, focusing on innovative procurement and supply chain solutions that cater to diverse industries including manufacturing, mining, financial services, retail, and public sector entities. Tsholofelo is MCIPS chartered, holds an Honors in Supply Chain Management, a diploma in Management Accounting, and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Mariya Alexandra Green

Mariya is a Business Manager at UBS. She is also a creative consultant and content creator, balancing her passion for creativity and digital marketing alongside a robust academic and professional journey. As content creator, Mariya collaborated with brands such as Visilab, On, Migros, Formetta, SIGG, Marionnaud, Rivella to mention but just a few. Mariya also holds a BA from University of Nottingham and  a data driven MA in Comparative and International Studies from ETH Zurich with a study abroad semester at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. More personally, Mariya is a Sociopreneur passionate about improving the lives of those in need, a passion which drives her own volunteer initiatives.

Anca Ciurel

Anca is a Fellow in the Office of the Deputy Director General of the Copyright and Creative Industries Sector of WIPO. She is a Canadian attorney member of the Québec Bar who graduated with an LL.B. degree in civil law, a Juris Doctor degree in common law, and an LL.M. degree in transnational law. Anca worked with 5 UN organizations to date: UNESCO in Paris, UNDP in New York City, IOM and WIPO in Geneva and UNICEF in Budapest. Within the UN system, Anca held roles working on patent law of ocean science technologies, patent drafting and investigations. Before joining the UN system, Anca served fashion clients in a boutique IP law firm in Montréal. She also worked in the IP department of Louis Vuitton and Berluti in Paris on civil enforcement and the management of IP portfolios. Anca currently examines the role of IP in the creative industries (fashion, film, music etc.) and the future of the creative industries in the digital era.
