Mr. Kim covered various topics for the substantive patent examiners of the IPO-Pakistan with actual case examples. The focus was put on the PCT procedures and how the examiners can understand and utilize PCT work products such as International Search Reports and Written Opinions so that the Office and the examiners can be properly prepared for Pakistan’s possible accession to the PCT.

All participants who attended the training program found the lectures informative and helpful and engaged very actively in the discussions and exercises. The post training program survey also showed very high satisfaction by the participants.
