WIPO presents
WIPO presented the various activities undertaken within the Organization in the framework of SSC during the 2014-2016 biennium (146 activities), as part of the panel on "Leveraging the power of science, technology, and innovation for development through South-South cooperation and triangular cooperation" (Thematic Solution Forum 1).

WIPO Re:Search as a case of success
WIPO Re:Search was presented as a case of both success and relevance in the fields of science, technology transfer and innovation.
One of the ways in which WIPO Re:Search has implemented SSC has been through facilitating 'sabbaticals' for developing country scientists at research facilities to promote technology transfer, exchange of know-how, and the sharing of experience. Researcher testimonials regarding these experiences were shown during the presentation .
