Update of WIPO Good Practice Toolkit for CMOs

The International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents its compliments to Member States and Observers to the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) and has the honor to announce the availability of an updated draft of the WIPO Good Practice Toolkit for Collective Management Organizations (CMO Toolkit).

Member States and Observers are invited to send any comments on the proposed revisions (included in the revised version, in track changes) by June 30, 2021, to Ms. Anita Huss-Ekerhult, Counsellor, Copyright Management Division, under the following e-mail address: anita.huss@wipo.int.

The final, updated version of the CMO Toolkit will be published by September 30, 2021.
