Invitation: Mining Book Launch – Global Challenges for Innovation in Mining Industries - June 21

WIPO – in collaboration with Cambridge University Press – is organizing the launch of the book “Global Challenges for Innovation in Mining Industries”. The hybrid event will host a panel discussion with intellectual property (IP) offices, mining industries representatives, academics and innovation stakeholders on the theme “How can Innovation in Mining Promote the Energy Transition?” , on June 21, 2022.
The event will host the launch of the book “Global Challenges for Innovation in Mining Industries” by WIPO and Cambridge University Press that studies the innovation activity within the mining sector using a unique database.
During the event there will be a panel discussion on the theme “How can Innovation in Mining Promote the Energy Transition?” bringing together the perspectives of academics, policy makers and industry representatives.
