AMENDMENT TO ARTICLES 10 AND 17 OF TREATY No. 2

The Delegation of Japan proposes the following:

To delete the following phrase from paragraph (2) of Article 10 and from paragraph (2) of Article 17:

“ for a period of 3 years from the entry into force of this Treaty.”
