The previously distributed English and French language versions of Document CRNR/DC/59 (proposal by the European Community and its Member States) bore the indication of English as the original language, in the English version, and French as the original language, in the French version. The indication should have been, in both languages, that the original version was English/French, since the document was received by the Secretariat in both languages.
