The Delegation of Brazil proposes that the following paragraph be introduced after paragraph 1(1) as a new paragraph 1(2):
This Treaty shall have no connection, either explicit or implicit, with other treaties or conventions that are, directly or indirectly, concerned with the same subject matter.
