Electronic Filing and Processing of International Applications
United States of America: EFS-Web no longer available
The United States Patent and Trademark Office has informed the International Bureau that, since 16 November 2023, in its capacity as receiving Office, it no longer accepts the filing of international applications in electronic form using EFS-Web. Applicants may continue to use Patent Center to file and manage international applications.
