Replacement Sheets of the Request Submitted Together with Request for Recording of Change
212. In the case where the applicant submits a replacement sheet of the request together with a request for the recording of a change (in the request) under Rule 92bis, the receiving Office should mark in the upper right-hand corner of the replacement sheet the international application number and the date on which it was received and in the middle of the bottom margin the words "SUBSTITUTE SHEET" or "SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 92bis)".
